Returns & Exchanges

At Nicola Ross Naas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original designer tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings or headpieces may not be eligible for return.

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, indicating the reason for your return and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange for a different size or style.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our Naas boutique via a tracked courier service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
